Last seen in the Bedford development, which is just south of Muirkirk road and the Montpelier elementary school.

She is about 7 years old and weighs 16 pounds.

Aug 11-17 Maryland Tax Free Week for Clothing & Footwear FAQ

    " Who says there are no holidays in August? Just a reminder that the annual back to school shopping boon, Shop Maryland Tax-Free Week, starts this Sunday August 11th and goes through Saturday August 17th. Clothing and footwear priced at $100 or less are exempt from sales tax during this period.

Jun 7 Stabbing at Laurel Station Bar & Grill near South Laurel

"June 7, 2013
STABBING | 14933 Baltimore Ave.: Officers responded to Laurel Station Bar and Grill for the report of a stabbing. Officers contacted a male victim suffering from two puncture wounds and a laceration to his chest, arm, and back. The victim stated he was stabbed in the rear parking lot of Laurel Station while walking to his vehicle. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was reported in stable condition. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact Laurel Police Detectives at 301-498-0092."

Prince George's County (Department of Environmental Resources) will be providing electronic recycle collection for this event.(*)

Only the kinds of items explicitly mentioned in UPDATE 2 will definitely be collected (yes, i see that pesky "etc.")  

(*) The mention of Forever Green Recycle is now inadvertently out of date for this event. For future reference, Forever Green Recycle of Chantilly, VA says "we accept drop offs of old electronic equipment Mondays through Saturdays. 9am to 4pm. "

Feb 24 Scary phone scams targeting Prince George's County - WTOP @pgpolitics

A disturbing phone scam that blackmails the victims is targeting residents in Prince George's County.
The scammer claims a family member has been hurt in a car accident. The caller threatens to hold the family member hostage until the victim wires them money - even threatening harm to the person if the victim hangs up.
